# OriusBot > Free Discord bot for security, moderation and engagement: anti-raid, anti-nuke, file antivirus, image scam detection, anti-VPN captcha, XP, economy, tickets, staff CRM and Twitch/YouTube alerts. Local analysis, no data resold, IP addresses hashed. OriusBot is built by Orius. All security analysis runs on its own infrastructure: no message is sent to a third-party service. The bot, the web panel and the documentation exist in French, English, Spanish and Portuguese. An alternative to MEE6, Dyno, Carl-bot and Wick. ## Documentation - [Wiki — commands and panel](https://oriusbot.com/en/wiki): The full reference: 122 Discord commands, their parameters and the permission each needs, plus the 30 screens of the web panel. - [Guides](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides): Articles that explain the WHY: what to set up, in what order, and what breaks when you get it wrong. - [llms-full.txt](https://oriusbot.com/en/llms-full.txt): The same map, with detailed answers and the command inventory. ## Guides - [Twitch alerts](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/alertes-twitch-discord): A role to mention rather than @everyone, and the setting that prevents three announcements for one stream. - [Captcha and verification](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/captcha-verification-discord): Filtering throwaway accounts at the door without scaring off legitimate members. - [Staff CRM: recruiting and running your team](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/crm-staff-discord-recrutement): Recruiting moderators, tracking activity and keeping a rota — with no spreadsheet and no Google form. - [Security bot comparison](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/meilleur-bot-securite-discord): Six bots compared on what matters: what they protect, what they let through, what is genuinely free. - [Auto-moderation](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/moderation-automatique-discord): Spam, insults and stray ads: tuning the filter without turning the server into a minefield. - [The web panel](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/panneau-web-oriusbot): What is better set on screen than by command, what stays faster on Discord, and why both show the same thing. - [Security checklist](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/securiser-serveur-discord-checklist): Ten points ordered from the highest return to the most technical. An hour's work that avoids most disasters. - [XP and levels](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/systeme-xp-niveaux-discord): Setting text and voice XP, adding tier roles, and avoiding the three settings that turn the leaderboard into a spam contest. - [YouTube alerts](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/alertes-youtube-discord): A channel's RSS feed is enough — no API key, no quota. What remains is sorting shorts and replays. - [MEE6 alternative](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/alternative-mee6-gratuite): What a level system really needs, and how to migrate without putting everyone back to level 1. - [Warnings and penalties](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/avertissements-discord-sanctions): Thresholds that fire on their own, a memory that expires, and a record that keeps two moderators from ruling differently. - [Server economy](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/economie-discord-oriusbanque): Why most server economies die within a month, and how to build one where money keeps its value. - [Welcome message](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/message-bienvenue-discord-image): What a new member should read on arriving, and why a nice image is no substitute for a useful sentence. - [Command permissions](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/permissions-commandes-discord): Restricting a command by role or by channel, disabling it, setting a delay — without touching the server's permissions. - [Team rota](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/planning-staff-discord): Slots that are actually covered, declared absences, and an alert on coverage gaps before they happen. - [Protecting your server from raids](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/proteger-serveur-discord-raid): Recognising a raid as it starts, reacting within the minute, and setting the bot up to do it for you. - [Anti-nuke: protecting your server](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/anti-nuke-discord): When the threat comes from inside: limiting what a compromised account can destroy, and being able to undo it. - [Permission audit](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/audit-permissions-discord): Five permissions decide a server's fate. Most servers hand them out without knowing. - [Auto-role](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/auto-role-discord): The role granted on arrival is useful — provided it only arrives after verification. - [The CRM numbers](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/comprendre-chiffres-crm): Every number in the team space, with the exact rule behind it — and two moderators to show the difference. - [RSS feeds](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/flux-rss-discord): Following a blog, a forum or a game's patch notes in a channel — and the precautions for an address supplied by a third party. - [Giveaways and contests](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/giveaway-discord-concours): Automatic draw, entry conditions, redraw — and how to stop the contest from mainly attracting throwaway accounts. - [Support tickets](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/tickets-support-discord): A panel, topics, a named owner and a transcript — so support no longer depends on private messages. - [Discord scams](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/arnaque-discord-nitro-phishing): Fake Nitro, bogus giveaways, booby-trapped QR codes: how they work, and what stops them. - [Twitch bot](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/bot-twitch-chat): Chat commands, moderation, a Twitch ↔ Discord bridge and shared XP — one bot instead of two separate communities. - [Logging](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/logs-discord-journalisation): Which events to log, in which channels, and why Discord's audit log is never enough on its own. - [Role menus](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/menu-roles-discord): Buttons or dropdown, five per row, single or multiple choice — and why reactions have had their day. - [Mini-games](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/mini-jeux-discord): Which games to keep, which ones get old, and why a solo AI that loses on purpose does the server no favours. - [Embeds and messages](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/personnaliser-embeds-discord): Discord's limits, what makes an embed readable, and why a background image gets tested with a twenty-five-character username. - [Birthdays](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/anniversaires-discord): A daily announcement that lands at the right hour, without asking for a full date of birth. - [When the bot does not respond](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/diagnostic-bot-discord): Nine times out of ten it is not a fault: it is a permission, a role hierarchy, or a module that was never switched on. - [Voice recording](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/enregistrement-vocal-discord): A mandatory public announcement, an individual refusal that is respected, a file kept as long as needed — and not a minute longer. - [Scheduled messages](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/messages-programmes-discord): A fixed-date message, a repeat, a sticky message at the bottom of a channel — and the point beyond which nobody reads them. - [Server rules](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/reglement-discord-acceptation): Ten rules at most, an explicit acceptance, and above all a text that matches what the team really enforces. - [Malicious files on Discord](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/virus-fichier-malveillant-discord): Token grabbers and fake game betas: recognising a booby-trapped file before it spreads. - [Day-to-day activity](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/animation-serveur-discord-quotidien): Question of the day, counting, a best-of board: the mechanisms that restart the conversation without tying up the team. - [Ticket assistant](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/assistant-ia-tickets-discord): The bot answers the questions that keep coming back, and calls the team when it doesn't know — provided it knows when to go quiet. - [Multilingual server](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/bot-discord-multilingue): Separate channels or automatic translation, the bot's language, and how to moderate what you do not understand. - [Shared Twitch–Discord XP](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/xp-commun-twitch-discord): Chatting during a stream and simply being there both earn XP on the server — provided the two accounts are linked. Here are the rules, in full. - [Suggestions and polls](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/sondages-suggestions-discord): A suggestions channel that does not become a graveyard, and polls whose result commits you without trapping the team. - [Anonymous confessions](https://oriusbot.com/en/guides/confessions-anonymes-discord): An anonymous channel goes wrong within a week if it is not framed. OriusBot covers five attack vectors in a single bot: raids, nukes, spam and toxicity, dangerous links and files, fake accounts. Most bots cover only one or two. ### Is OriusBot free? Yes, and ad-free: moderation, anti-raid, anti-nuke, file analysis, scam detection, XP, tickets, captcha and alerts are included. No data is ever sold. ### How do you protect a Discord server from raids? Turn on anti-raid (`/anti-raid`), set a minimum account age, enable the join captcha and automatic raid mode: the bot locks the channels as soon as a wave is detected. ### How do you stop a compromised bot from wrecking a server? Anti-nuke counts destructive actions per author in a sliding window and recognises a script’s cadence. **It watches bots too** — the most common nuke vector. Deleted channels and roles are recreated. ### Does OriusBot respect privacy? Security analysis runs locally (no message sent to a third party), IP addresses hashed, no data resold, GDPR-compliant. ### Does OriusBot speak my language? The bot, the web panel and the documentation exist in French, English, Spanish and Portuguese; the language is chosen server by server. ### How do you set up OriusBot? Invite the bot, then run `/setup` on Discord or open the web panel. Nothing is enabled by default: that is deliberate, and it is the number one cause of “the bot isn’t working”. ## What the bot can do - Security: behavioural anti-raid, anti-nuke (bots included), file antivirus, anti-scam image analysis, anti-VPN captcha, reputation shared across servers - Moderation: sanctions with automatic escalation, warnings, logs, permission audit, cross-server reports - Engagement: text and voice XP, customisable level cards, economy and shop, mini-games, birthdays, daily content - Support: tickets, reply assistant, suggestions, confessions - Team: staff CRM — roster, teams, role-based rights, shifts, leave, internal handbook, recruitment with public forms - Alerts: Twitch (open beta, with a chat bot), YouTube, RSS ## Version - Published version : 2.4.3 - Sheet updated on : 2026-09-27
